Shirley "the Loon" McLoon is a cartoon character from the Warner Bros. animated television series, Tiny Toon Adventures. She is one of the most frequently recurring characters on the show. Shirley is voiced by Gail Matthius. She is a young and very beautiful white loon with thick wavy blonde shoulder-length hair with a pink ribbon tied in it and a matching long-sleeved sweater.
